I have more than 15 years of progressive HR experience and a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I specialize in strategic leadership, HR business partnership, and employee relations. I’ve also had experience in all things HR (such as training & development, leadership coaching, talent acquistion, HRIS management, compensation, and benefits management) and extensive training in leadership and lean sigma concepts. In addition, to being a continuous learner, I am a continuous improver.
